General terms and conditions

1.   Minimum order quantity for generic designs

      1 Truck (24 Pallets quantity - Standard Shipment)

2.   Minimum order quantity for any new production

      3,000,000 bottles

3.   Documents provided to customer.

 For local shipments: Delivery Notes & Invoice

 For Export shipments: Commercial Invoice with Attested Chamber & Certificate of  Origin & Packing list Documents.

4.    Payment from customer

       100 % advance payment before the shipment or production.

5.   Purchase Order from customer

Required Confirm Purchase order with Sign & company stamp.

6.   Lead time for Production

6-8 Weeks after the receipt of the purchase order and payment based on the availability of the production lines.

7.   Mold cost advance

For any new customised designs, mould cost advance around 90,000 USD will be borne by the customer.

8.   Delivery Schedule

The Production volumes and delivery schedule to be mutually agreed upon.

Produced bottles will not be stocked in Supplier premises for more than 30 days after Production due to space constraints unless there is a valid reason followed by approval from supplier.
